At FLOWER INSTINCTS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
